About Our Program

The Philharmonic class contains a wide range of musicians from all over band and orchestra. These musicians are selected based on playing ability and are then given difficult repertoire that is not normally achievable with just a regular music class. In this class, musicians are given the opportunity to play with such a big group of very capable instrumentalists where the outcome is unlike any normal music class. Having such a wide range of instruments allows for music that would be close to impossible to achieve with just a standard music class.
